Give yourself the best chance at increasing your velocity and lowering your injury risk

Everyone has their own style of golf swing, but the best golfers in the world all have several things in common with their swing. Looking at your individual anatomy and movement patterns can help you perform and feel better when playing the world's greatest game.

Titleist Performace Institute (TPI) is the world's leading educational organization dedicated to the study of how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing. Since its inception in 2003, TPI has studied thousands of golfers ranging from the top professional Tour players to weekend enthusiasts. An incredible amount of data on players of all shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels has been gathered during this time. Using this data, TPI discovered how a properly functioning body allows a player to swing a golf club in the most efficient way possible. Additionally, TPI has analyzed how physical limitations in a player’s body can adversely affect the golf swing and potentially lead to injury.

A TPI assessment at Rogers Physical Therapy and Sports Performance includes two sessions! These are 1-on-1, and a full hour in length. During the first visit, we'll go through a physical screening, looking for mobility and strength defecits. We'll also take some slow-motion videos from different perspectives. During the second visit, we'll go through your results and start a personalized home program to address your specific limitations. We'll also help connect you with a local golf coach if needed! We also offer group rates for local golf teams.
